Norris Arm 9-11 25th Anniversary Commemorative Event

Following the events of September 11th, 2001 Norris Arm supported the welcoming of stranded passengers from Delta Airlines DL49. 152 passengers resided within the school supported by staff and the local community. To acknowledge the 25th anniversary of this event the Norris Arm Heritage and Arts Society will host a public commemoration event that will include stories from community members, impact statements from passengers who stayed in the town and a re-enactment of events from our Star Hall Children's Theatre Group. The event will provide a meal for guests and offer a meet and greet following the community presentation.
